Job Summary
To support the retention of current members, the full-time Remote Member Retention Specialist will engage with members expressing a desire to cancel their membership, discussing the value of AAA benefits and services to encourage renewal.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilizes product knowledge and customer service skills to communicate the value of AAA membership and assist members with inquiries
- Handles high-volume calls in a multi-channel Contact Center environment, aiming to meet or exceed production goals
- Cross-sells and upsells additional membership products while maintaining accurate documentation of member interactions
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two to five years of customer sales and service and/or retention experience
- Previous inside sales experience focused on customer care is desirable
- Ability to obtain appropriate licensing for sales and service within 90 days of hire
- Exceptional attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work overtime and holidays as needed
