Job Summary
A global social-networking company is filling a position for a Remote Member Safety Global Law Enforcement Operations and Incident Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preventing safety incidents and harmful content
- Providing a trauma-informed, empathetic response to members
- Developing policies that govern and adjudicate responsible, safe, and respectful behavior
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Or subject matter expertise in online trust & safety, content moderation, and crisis escalation
- 3-5 years professional experience conducting complex investigations
- Experience managing high profile sensitive crisis escalations, and working in Law Enforcement
- Familiarity with internal customer support system
- Have worked as part of a global team with newly established roles
