Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative to provide support to stakeholders regarding health plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize resources to effectively respond to and resolve customer inquiries while delivering outstanding service
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls from members and providers, documenting interactions as per departmental policies
  • Maintain knowledge of contracts and policies to accurately interpret information and meet departmental goals
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior professional work experience, ideally in customer service; call center experience not required as training is provided
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to prioritize a high volume of requests
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products; bilingual skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole are desirable
  • Able to work from home with reliable internet access and maintain regular attendance
