Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative to provide support for stakeholders by delivering accurate information about health plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize resource materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer inquiries and problems
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls from members and providers, documenting interactions as required
  • Maintain knowledge of contracts and policies while meeting department quality and productivity goals
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior professional work experience, ideally in customer service
  • Ability to work from home with access to high-speed internet
  • Regular and reliable attendance is essential
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole are highly desirable
