Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist to provide support to members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices in a remote contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and handle incoming calls or emails regarding medication and benefits inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve member inquiries or escalate to the appropriate team member as needed
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without a work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
