Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Member Services Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all lines of insurance processing, including generating enrollments and handling member inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues while adhering to the Member Experience philosophy
- Assist management with member complaints and transfer members to appropriate departments as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School degree required; some college coursework preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance or a call center
- Basic understanding of life insurance operations and products preferred
- Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations
- Flexibility in schedule and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
