Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Member Services Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all lines of insurance processing, including generating enrollments and handling member inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues while adhering to the Member Experience philosophy
  • Assist management with member complaints and transfer members to appropriate departments as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School degree required; some college coursework preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance or a call center
  • Basic understanding of life insurance operations and products preferred
  • Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations
  • Flexibility in schedule and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
