Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time hourly Remote Member Services Representative will serve as the first point of contact for members, providing support with pharmacy benefits, coverage inquiries, and account assistance in a fast-paced remote call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle 40+ inbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Educate members on benefits, claims, and plan processes while resolving issues in real time
- Document all interactions accurately and escalate complex concerns while maintaining member experience ownership
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service, member services, healthcare, or call center experience; pharmacy benefits experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or contact center platforms
- Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Required equipment includes a Windows 10/11 PC, webcam, and noise-canceling headset
