Job Summary
A digital behavioral medicine company has an open position for a Remote Member Support Agent .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving bi-lingual members: communicating with our members both over the phone and in writing, in English and Spanish
- Resolving email, phone and application cases swiftly and accurately
- Resolving email and phone cases that include app or device troubleshooting, and share product knowledge with members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Available at least 28+ hours per week
- Must be available on weekdays during the holiday season
- Bilingual, in writing and speaking, in English and Spanish
- Availability 8am - 6pm PST (to work an 8-hour schedule)
