A health and wellness company is seeking a Remote Member Support Quality Assurance Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, implementing, and continuously improving the quality of support for members who reach out for support
- Establishing and maintaining quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for the contact center
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contact center quality management
- Advanced level of understanding of quality assurance best practices and tools
