Job Summary

An education management company has an open position for a Remote Membership Development Marketing Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating membership acquisition campaigns and execute them
• Identifying recruitment and retention goals, as well as establishing metrics for measuring success
• Developing, executing, and documenting a member recruitment and retention plan that is annual and long-term

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Travel as needed
• Financial management skills
• Experience with a minimum of one association management software platform
• Prior experience successfully contributing to a national association's membership strategy
• Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives on an ongoing basis
• Proven ability to meet established goals and deadlines and provide clear reporting on campaign performance
