Job Summary
An education management company has an open position for a Remote Membership Development Marketing Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating membership acquisition campaigns and execute them
- Identifying recruitment and retention goals, as well as establishing metrics for measuring success
- Developing, executing, and documenting a member recruitment and retention plan that is annual and long-term
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel as needed
- Financial management skills
- Experience with a minimum of one association management software platform
- Prior experience successfully contributing to a national association's membership strategy
- Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives on an ongoing basis
- Proven ability to meet established goals and deadlines and provide clear reporting on campaign performance
