Job Summary

A nonprofit mutual insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Membership Financial Specialist I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating billing service function to support electronic and technical operations
  • Processing billing transactions to ensure delivery, clearance, and documentation
  • Providing lead technical support and guidance to billing

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years office experience
  • One year working experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Specialized Knowledge
  • Customer Service skills
  • Keyboarding skills
