Remote Mental Health Coach

Job Summary

An employee wellbeing software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mental Health Coach.

Must be able to:

• Deploy preventive care minded, empathic, flexible, and energetic qualities
• Apply strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Be proficient in electronic documentation to record and track coaching experience

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required, Master’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in fields related to health coach role preferred
• 2-4 years of experience with individual behavior change management, motivational interviewing, or similar
• Tobacco cessation certification and/or experience coaching on financial well-being preferred
• NBHWC or ICF strongly encouraged but not required
• Proficiency in PC-based word processing and database documentation
