This is a remote position- You will work from your home office.

We are looking for Intake Coordinators in all US Time Zones.

You must have a minimum of 1 year of phone answering/scheduling experience.

This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position and you will be working from your home, however, it is a position that requires you to be there like any other job. You will need to be "available" M-F, 9-5pm, no evening or weekends.

NOTE: This is NOT a position for a stay at home moms or indoor dogs as it requires a quiet environment at all times. (We have nothing against, and in fact, we support stay at home moms. The position just isn't a good match)

We are looking to add team members to My Solution Services, Inc., a fast-growing Online Business Management specializing in serving mental health clinicians in the USA and Canada. The service to our clients includes handling their phones and scheduling for potential clients. (There is no cold calling involved.)

What we need from you

A minimum of a 6-month commitment, however, we would like to have you on a long-term basis
Organizational skills
Strong customer service or phone experience of 1 year
Patience with others
Computer literacy (intermediate to advanced skills)
A reliable computer with ample speed and current smartphone
Accurate keyboarding skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong follow-through
Solid communication skills (both written and verbal)
The ability to work as a 1099 Subcontractor

Must be US-based, currently looking for all time zones, available M-F, 9-5pm, no weekends

We only work with those who are committed and dedicated


Pay is based on the CLIENT HOURS you serve. Although this is a paid position, the hours are client based and not guaranteed. This is a growing business and your ability to earn will grow as we grow. This position is not conducive as your sole source of income.

Must be available to work for MSS Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm in your time zone
There is flexibility in this position, however, must be available to answer your phone and access your home computer during these hours.
