Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Mental Health Therapist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the mental and physical health care of an assigned member panel
- Providing eclectic therapeutic strategies and interventions
- Engaging members in Crisis Response Planning
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Psychologist (LP)
- Minimum of 2 years providing care for patients with mental health needs
- Familiarity, comfort, and confidence with technology and start-up culture
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with members with behavioral and mental health issues
- Strong clinical background with in-depth understanding of factors affecting patient outcomes
- Comfort and confidence navigating multiple applications such as Doxy.me, Google Suite, ZOOM, etc
