Remote Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

A mental health care company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mental Health Therapist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting the mental and physical health care of an assigned member panel through a digital health platform
• Engaging company Health members in Crisis Response Planning
• Providing on-call crisis support coverage during non-business hours to member panels on a rotating basis

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years providing care for patients with mental health needs as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Familiarity, comfort, and confidence with technology and start-up culture
• Comfort and confidence navigating multiple applications such as Doxy.me, Google Suite, ZOOM, etc
• Excess flexibility in dealing with changing demands and priorities of a start-up environment
• Strong clinical background with in-depth understanding of factors affecting patient outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with members with behavioral and mental health issues
