Job Summary
A mental healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mental Healthcare Client Matching Operations Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining accurate records of client engagement activity to identify trends and inform product development
- Reviewing claims submitted by providers and submit claims to insurance payers
- Reviewing electronic claims from insurance payers and post payments
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
- Experience with data entry
- Experience working across multiple software platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficient
- Ability to be organized, detail-oriented and proactive
