Job Summary

A healthcare advocacy organization is in need of a Remote Mental Illness HelpLine Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring HelpLine satisfaction and demographic survey data
  • Collaborating with the Workforce Development team to establish recruitment goals
  • Responsible for maintaining the catalog of Standard of Operations documentation

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, social work, etc.) preferred
  • 8 - 10 years of related experience working in the mental health services field
  • Extensive lived mental health experience
  • Proven ability to lead and work in cross-departmental teams
  • Excellent management and organizational skills
  • Strong working knowledge of technology specific to call center management
