Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mentor for Essential Skills for Frontline Workers (Part-time/Contract).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an inspirational role model for students, helping them contextualize course content and connect it to their work and personal lives
  • Provide guidance and support to students in developing effective decision-making and communication skills through exercises and projects
  • Engage with students on a biweekly basis to support their learning and career objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in front-line jobs such as service, retail, or warehouse roles
  • Demonstrated experience transitioning out of an entry-level frontline role into a managerial position or corporate office job
  • Passion and experience in mentoring or coaching others
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week for mentor calls, with flexibility in scheduling
  • Understanding of the nature of frontline work and common challenges faced by frontline workers
