Job Summary

An internet security company is filling a position for a Remote Merchant Investigations Team Program Manager in Portland.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the Merchant Investigations team day-to-day functions
• Developing, implementing, and track program KPIs
• Translating and applying a strategic plan into actionable steps on a program level

Required Skills:

• 4-year college or university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in the payments industry and desire for directly interacting with clients, fostering long-lasting partnerships
• Experience identifying inefficiencies and working with others to prioritize and resolve via process improvement
• Experience leading, or playing a key role as part of, a team through a period of growth
