Job Summary
An e-commerce company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Merchant Success Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining the overarching strategy to continuously improve the merchant experience
- Overseeing day-to-day operations with existing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams
- Tracking and taking ownership of key metrics that determine merchant success
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of SaaS experience in customer-facing roles
- 3+ years experience managing a customer-facing team
- Ability to effectively teach and mentor team members to operate at the next level
- Experience managing difficult customer service or success situations
- Ability to communicate technical topics in a way that non-technical masses will understand
- Empathetic and enthusiastic about solving problems and helping others
