Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Accounting Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Documenting and understanding the current financial process and procedure for all areas
  • Working as an integral member of the M&A integration team
  • Participating in developing mapping of current process

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 3 years NetSuite direct hands-on experience implementing NetSuite
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, One Note, and Smart Sheet
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial terms, and current concepts relating to revenue recognition
