Job Summary

A business process outsourcing firm is filling a position for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the preparation of marketing materials and facilitating diligence
  • Supporting negotiations of transaction terms and legal documentation
  • Collaborating with business leaders across the Company to assess and prioritize Merger & Acquisition transactions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2+ years of M&A, investment banking, corporate development, transaction advisory, Big 4 accounting, or consulting
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to learn about the dynamics and trends of the business services industry and latest technology trends
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities given aggressive timelines
  • Ability to synthesize data into meaningful conclusions and recommendations
