Job Summary
A business process outsourcing firm is filling a position for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the preparation of marketing materials and facilitating diligence
- Supporting negotiations of transaction terms and legal documentation
- Collaborating with business leaders across the Company to assess and prioritize Merger & Acquisition transactions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Undergraduate degree
- 2+ years of M&A, investment banking, corporate development, transaction advisory, Big 4 accounting, or consulting
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to learn about the dynamics and trends of the business services industry and latest technology trends
- Ability to manage multiple priorities given aggressive timelines
- Ability to synthesize data into meaningful conclusions and recommendations
