Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst III.
Must be able to:
- Review and organize incoming acquisition information
- Develop pro forma and business case for potential acquisitions
- Assist in preparation of term sheets and cover letters
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience to substitute for the bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Capable of deciphering financial data and interpreting relevant information and statistics
- Proficient in Windows based office technologies (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Able to network with senior internal and external personnel
