Job Summary

An advertising technology company is filling a position for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting in reviewing and negotiating a wide range of legal documents
• Drafting and assisting with the preparation of M&A related board and committee meeting materials
• Closing communication and assistance with both outside and in-house legal counsel as well as with the Executive management team

Required Skills:

• Active license to practice law in good standing with admission to at least one (1) state bar required
• 3-5+ years of experience in the practice of law required (in-house or law firm)
• Strong contract drafting and transactional background
• Ability to draft, negotiate and interpret all types of contracts
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations
