Job Summary
An enterprise software company is filling a position for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Corporate Counsel Member.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work on all stages of M&A transactions
- Improve processes, playbooks and form documents
- Manage outside counsel
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- JD and admission to one state bar
- 3-4 years of corporate M&A experience at a top law firm
- Quickly grasps business objectives and applies them to legal strategies
- Has experience with a wide variety of M&A transactions
- Can execute under pressure and within tight timelines
