Job Summary
An urgent care provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Corporate Development Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead M&A processes from outreach through due diligence
- Build relationships with potential M&A targets
- Lead development of comprehensive financial and strategic rationale
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of professional experience with recent progressive responsibility in corporate development
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis concepts, analytical ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint) with strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills
