Job Summary
A plumbing and HVAC supply company is filling a position for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Due Diligence Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with transaction team in valuation model and synergy case development
- Evaluating acquired entity policies, practices and systems to develop integration plans
- Serving as a resource in developing the Acquisition Analysts within the group
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance
- 5 plus years of relevant work experience, including 3 or more years in public accounting
- Understanding of GAAP
- Ability to develop and train associates within the department to assume increased responsibilities
- Ability to perform a detailed analysis of the financial statements of prospective companies and identify areas of concern
