Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Integrations Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating & refining playbooks to operate acquired pediatric mental healthcare practices in the pre-integration phase
  • Creating & refining playbooks to merge the acquired businesses with the core organization
  • Maximizing synergies & building bridges between core business & new business which spans diverse pediatric mental health disciplines

Required Skills:

  • BA or BS Degree
  • 3+ years of management-level experience in ops, with preference for ops leadership experience at hyper-growth startups
  • Quantitative skill set & familiarity with applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, Tableau, Monday.com, or equivalent
  • Deep analytical skill set and strategic approach to business
