Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Contract Management Professional.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • License to practice law in Kentucky, New York, or state of primary residence

  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience related to General Corporate and Transactional Legal Experience
