Job Summary
A marketplace for non-fungible tokens has an open position for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Counsel.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead M&A attorney large complex acquisition and investment related transactions
- Advise business teams in M&A transactions, venture investments, and corporate development initiatives
- Partner Work closely with Corporate Development and other stakeholders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of legal experience
- Extensive experience with M&A transactions and strategic investments
- Strong track record of effective cross-functional partnership with non-lawyers
- Flexibility to assist in other areas, as the need arises
- Passion for crypto, blockchain technologies, and/or NFTs
- Juris doctor from accredited law school
