Job Summary

An information technology services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform the role of lead Mergers and Acquisitions deal attorney
  • Provid support to Corporate Development’s integration group per integration plans for acquired businesses
  • Coordinating and overseeing the work of outside Mergers and Acquisitions counsel

Qualifications Include:

  • Undergraduate and J.D. degrees from well-recognized institutions
  • Diverse and complex Mergers and Acquisitions transactional experience
  • Exercise sound judgment to identify red-flag issues and escalate them as required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Top law firm experience focused on mergers and acquisitions
