Job Summary
An information technology services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Counsel.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform the role of lead Mergers and Acquisitions deal attorney
- Provid support to Corporate Development’s integration group per integration plans for acquired businesses
- Coordinating and overseeing the work of outside Mergers and Acquisitions counsel
Qualifications Include:
- Undergraduate and J.D. degrees from well-recognized institutions
- Diverse and complex Mergers and Acquisitions transactional experience
- Exercise sound judgment to identify red-flag issues and escalate them as required
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Top law firm experience focused on mergers and acquisitions
