Job Summary

An information technology company specializing in credit and information management is filling a position for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Technology Solutions Architect.

Must be able to:

• Provide the leadership for the due diligence and integration of New Business Development efforts
• Execute activities that are in-scope of the technical and information security programs
• Identify risks of the technology portfolio and develop integration strategies to address them

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to understand and assess the architecture of the target organization
• Ability to articulate how the architecture aligns with industry best practice
• An understanding of Information Security practices surrounding infrastructure, data, etc
• Able to articulate how the target’s application will integrate with the company's application architecture
• Comfortable presenting due to various executive stakeholders
