Job Summary
An accounting service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Transaction Advisory Senior Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engage experience in Financial due diligence (buy-side or sell-side)
- Apply Corporate Strategy and Deal Analysis experience
- Manage Quality of Earnings Analysis and Post-merger integrations
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
- Previous Transaction Advisory experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Previous experience in public accounting and/or at a consulting firm preferred
