Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Message Application Customer Success Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with customers directly to provide renewal contracts
- Identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Verifying contracts and data integrity of all quotes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management at a SaaS company
- Proven ability to manage a number of tasks on tight deadlines
- Familiar with Customer Success tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Outreach, Microsoft Excel, etc
- Ability to manage a portfolio of customer accounts
