Job Summary
A mental healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Metal Healthcare Collections Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing performance objectives of collections and continuously drive for results
- Balancing workload and optimize team structure and resources to achieve results and meet the business needs
- Managing third party collection agencies that Uplift works with to ensure KPIs are consistently met
