Job Summary
A non-profit organization that represents mental health treatment organizations is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote MHFA Curricula and Products Assistant Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Set the strategy, direction and roadmap for MHFA curricula and products for the US and multi-national markets
- Identify, size and prioritize market opportunities for MHFA products
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
Position Requirements Include:
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10 years of Learning Development or Product Management experience in the Learning field
- 7 or more years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports
- Product Management leadership
- Experience using Shopify, Relias, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, and other relevant learning and evaluation systems
- Strategy and business case development to support new product introductions
