Job Summary
A therapy staffing company has a current position open for a Remote Michigan Licensed K-12 Speech Language Pathologist.
Must be able to:
- Provide virtual therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need
- Develop and implement individualized education plans with input from teachers, parents, and school staff
Position Requirements Include:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution
- Current Michigan state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a K-12 educational setting
- Proficiency in using teletherapy and other remote technology for therapy and assessment purposes
- Strong knowledge of federal and state special education laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage a full-time caseload
