Remote Michigan Licensed K-12 Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary

A therapy staffing company has a current position open for a Remote Michigan Licensed K-12 Speech Language Pathologist.

Must be able to:

• Provide virtual therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need
• Develop and implement individualized education plans with input from teachers, parents, and school staff

Position Requirements Include:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution
• Current Michigan state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a K-12 educational setting
• Proficiency in using teletherapy and other remote technology for therapy and assessment purposes
• Strong knowledge of federal and state special education laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage a full-time caseload
