An information technology solutions company is seeking a Remote Microsoft 365 Technical Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing a world-class customer experience
- Supporting installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365
- Accurately documenting all work performed through ticketing system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Degree in Technology Field or equivalent years of experience
- 3 years in a help desk, service desk and other IT related positions
- Demonstrated professionalism in resolving customer issues
- Demonstrated ability to think on your feet
- Understanding of Office 365 Suite and environment
