An information technology solutions company is seeking a Remote Microsoft 365 Technical Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing a world-class customer experience
  • Supporting installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365
  • Accurately documenting all work performed through ticketing system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Degree in Technology Field or equivalent years of experience
  • 3 years in a help desk, service desk and other IT related positions
  • Demonstrated professionalism in resolving customer issues
  • Demonstrated ability to think on your feet
  • Understanding of Office 365 Suite and environment
