Job Summary
A global IT solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Microsoft Azure System Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide telephony engineering support to Call Center and Business user community
- Manage and administer telephony engineering requests
- Perform system monitoring of Network Components
Qualifications for this position include:
- Provides support to both on site and remote users
- Associate's Degree in a related field
- 5 years' in a related area
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications
- Outstanding oral, written, and technical/business communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, Server Virtualization, Directory Services, Citrix Systems
