Job Summary

An IT consulting company is seeking a Remote Microsoft Customer Helpdesk Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain frequent interaction with all clients
  • Schedule and deliver follow-up client interactions
  • Work with users over the phone and via remote access

Required Skills:

  • High School or Technical Diploma/Certificate
  • 1-3 years customer experience in a tech support environment
  • A high degree of Office 365 technical acuity
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, email migrations, hybrid migrations, etc
