A multinational technology services company is seeking a Remote Microsoft Identity Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Participating in proactive account management, spot performance issues, analyse problems
- Providing the most effective method of service delivery by analysing trends
- Creating deliverables to address common customer needs and support mobile-first, cloud-first strategy
