Job Summary

An IT solution provider is filling a position for a Remote Microsoft O365 Premier Support Engineer in Albany.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing world-class customer experience with every interaction
  • Engaging and empathizing with customers to support and resolve technical issues through completion
  • Developing, fostering and maintaining highly effective customer interaction

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
  • 2-3 years in an IT Service Desk role, ideally with experience in an enterprise exchange
