Job Summary
An IT solution provider is filling a position for a Remote Microsoft O365 Premier Support Engineer in Albany.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing world-class customer experience with every interaction
- Engaging and empathizing with customers to support and resolve technical issues through completion
- Developing, fostering and maintaining highly effective customer interaction
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
- 2-3 years in an IT Service Desk role, ideally with experience in an enterprise exchange
- Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience
- Ability to interact with Enterprise level customers
- Strong technical leadership and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated professionalism in resolving customer issues
