Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Microsoft Solutions Architect.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as an expert source of Microsoft solutions information for the company's sales and engineering teams
- Provide Microsoft presales support to the national sales team
- Drive customer awareness of latest Azure, EM+S, and Office 365 capabilities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel Up to 20% (Local Metro)
- Demonstrated technical sales experience in understanding customer needs and being able to translate into a solution
- Deep understanding of cloud computing, Office 365, and Azure technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
- Experience with online services, hosting, security, compliance and data sovereignty issues
- Experience in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects
- Deep technical experience in Operations/Management, Database architecture, Virtualization, IP Networking, Storage, IT Security
