Job Summary
An IT consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Microsoft Technical Skills Trainer in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting 60-90 minute end-user training sessions
- Creating and maintaining approved training presentations, handouts, and any other required training materials
- Designing, developing and delivering highly effective end-user training for classes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 50% Telecommute
- 3-5 years proven experience with IT end-user training and/or related adult education
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification
- Highly proficient with Microsoft O365 and Office 2016
- Familiarity with latest Microsoft O365 product functionality and any updates released
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with all level of staff required
