Job Summary

A human resource outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Mid Level Administration Assistant in Knoxville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build a trusting relationship with the CEO to help manage the logistics of the operation
  • Interact with sponsors, coordinate site visits, review coursework, track workbooks sent from fulfillment
  • Perform general clerical work such as email and calendar management

Qualifications Include:

  • 1-3 years of experience in program management, operations, or executive assistant roles
  • Ability to be energized by getting things done and building trust with the CEO
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively asks clarifying questions
  • Demonstrated highly collaborative mindset
  • Demonstrated passion as a system and process nerd
