Job Summary
Linux hosting company is seeking a Remote Mid Level Billing Support Helpdesk in Ann Arbor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Delighting the customer with billing assistance to inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Quoting prices for services, upgrades, downgrades, etc.
- Reviewing incoming orders to ensure service is delivered promptly
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with direct customer interaction experience
- Honest, self-motivated, and strong desire to expand and capitalize on your existing skill set
- Previous billing experience and/or WHMCS experience a plus
