Job Summary

Linux hosting company is seeking a Remote Mid Level Billing Support Helpdesk in Ann Arbor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Delighting the customer with billing assistance to inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Quoting prices for services, upgrades, downgrades, etc.
  • Reviewing incoming orders to ensure service is delivered promptly

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with direct customer interaction experience
  • Honest, self-motivated, and strong desire to expand and capitalize on your existing skill set
  • Previous billing experience and/or WHMCS experience a plus
