Job Summary
A logistics and supply chain technology company has a current position open for a Remote Mid Level Client Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Performing customer onboarding including education, web setup, self-service and contact lists
- Developing new business with existing clients and/or identifying areas of improvement
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong communicator with excellent people skills to interact with various teams inside the company, clients, and vendors
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, 3PL, LTL, project management and/or logistics
- Tech familiarity with EDI and XML would be great
- Software sales or implementations experience a plus
- Self-motivated work style with effective time management and organizational skills
- Proven customer interaction and problem-solving skills
