Job Summary
A project management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mid Level Cloud Software Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Becoming a Subject Matter Expert status on multiple applications
- Providing application support for issues of easy to medium complexity via phone, email, and tour Platform
- Owning and managing cases through their lifecycle and escalate issues that require deeper investigation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Between 2-5 years of experience in software, application, or cloud customer-facing support role
- Ability to work remotely from your home office in EST or CST timezone
- Ability to complete company training on multiple applications
