Job Summary

A financial institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mid Level Construction Loan Closer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Utilizing Encompass loan origination software
  • Auditing construction loan files for compliance inaccuracies according to internal, investor, and federal overlays
  • Managing a daily pipeline of Initial Loan Estimates, Change of Circumstance Loan Estimates, and Closing Disclosures while adhering to strict deadlines

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 year college degree or commensurate mortgage experience
  • Demonstrated history of meeting construction closing deadlines
  • 3 + years of Residential Mortgage Closing experience
  • 2+ years of experience Closing Construction loans and expert knowledge of FHA, VA and conventional product offerings
