Must be able to:

- Use management software to build, deploy and analyze customer surveys
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA or BS degree
- 3+ years of experience with creating customer surveys and analyzing responses
- Experience using web analytics to analyze customer behaviors
- Experience with social media engagement or reporting or digital listening
- Experience with digital marketing and digital strategy
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
